I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay more! The cottage was sensational! Clean, spacious, comfortable and plenty of little luxurious touches, including a welcome bottle of wine and chocolate. The spa bath was a dream, as was the gorgeous balcony. I simply fell in love with this cottage and Hyams beach. I can’t wait to return.

Our stay at the Horizon made for the perfect weekend away celebrating our friend’s special milestone birthday. The location of the house was very peaceful and it was huge. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away. Communication with the hosts was more than excellent and the information they provided before our stay was superb. We got some excellent tips of where to go and what to do and would happily recommend Mel and The Fam as hosts for your next holiday house stay.

I loved my stay in this gorgeous cottage. Such a peaceful location with easy access across the road to the beach, or to the lovely cafe.,beautiful bed linens and towels, wonderful toiletries, and the milk, tea, coffee, wine, and sweet treat were very much appreciated. Loved the range of utensils in the pantry, especially the bottle stopper that I only worried about after opening my bottle of Prosecco… it was a relief to find it. The curling fans are good but I wouldn’t be able to stay here in summer as there’s no aircon and I don’t cope it very hot weather. But I will be back in autumn, winter, and spring so it’s all good! Great parking, and I am so grateful for the use of the washing machine. That was a huge help on a long road trip. Highly recommend this gorgeous place… it’s just wonderful.

Our group of 3 couples had a great 2 night stay at H6 which was faultless. An amazing home equipped with everything you would need for a great stay. Highlights included the quality and homely feel of H6 and the proximity to the town of Huskisson. Communication flow from FAM who manage H6 was spot on. We plan to make another booking for 6 months time. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Banks! The hosts were so easy to communicate with and so thoughtful with a welcome gift (and 3pm checkout). The house was beautiful and in a great location. We were 2 families holidaying with children, our elderly parents and 2 fur babies. Plenty of space for everyone (including the yard for the dogs!) and lots to do nearby. Would highly recommend and love to stay again.

We holidayed for a week but would like to have stayed longer (it was booked). The house is well set up. The bedrooms allow access to outside the house (except for the main bedroom). The photos are good but could be better by having a layout of the house, photos of the laundry (which is great) and photos of the backyard (also great). The kitchen was the best of any of the many years of hiring accommodation - lots of kitchen crockery made it so easy to cook for visitors. The only recommendation would be to replace the small dish drawer with a full size dishwasher (it was a limitation and I used the dishwasher more than I would normally). We would happily return to this property.

We all had the best time at Banksia. The house is very comfortable with all we needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The garden, both front and back, are well cared for and great for my little doggo to have a good run around. The close proximity to the beaches and Husky shops is fantastic. My home away from home 🏠

The Banks: Waterfront luxury retreat was fabulous. It had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was clean and the beds were comfy. The early check in and late check out made all the difference, allowing us to enjoy 2 extra full days. All the extra touches were very much appreciated. Our digs loved swimming at the boat ramp and the kids enjoyed the SUP along the river. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic view of beautiful beach. The house is extremely clean, well equipped ( for cooking) and warm with fabulous heating. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. It was great to bring our small dogs, if you are considering this be aware of tiled stairs ( if they are not overly mobile) and backyard does not have grass ( but there is plenty out the front). Property managers were informative and responsive. A beautiful place to visit in winter away from the crowds.
