We had such a lovely stay here with friends! The place was uniquely decorated, cozy, peaceful, clean and well equipped. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend :)

We had a great stay! The host was excellent with communication—quick to respond and very helpful throughout. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow! This house is incredible. It was perfect for our large group of friends. The host had thought of everything! Something for our teenagers and young kids. The fire place/pool table and games were all utilised. The layout of the house is amazing! Kids entertainment downstairs with multiple bunks (kids loved this)! The yard and garden were so clean and tidy and we loved sitting around the campfire at nighttime. We went for multiple bush walks from the property. The location was so beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and a close drive to the shops and restaurants. We didn’t need to leave the property often as there was so much to do. The most relaxing holiday we’ve had in a long time. We will absolutely be back soon! Thanks so much for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location in Vincentia, close to beach, walking track and good coffee at the ‘local’. Couldn’t want for anything amenities wise in the unit. Just like home.

Meribella is such a gem! We had a lovely stay for a week just before Easter. The place is even better than what the pictures show, so many cute nooks to cozy up in both inside and outside the property. With two people we couldn’t even use all of them! You feel like you’re in a welcoming home, not in a cold rental property. The kitchen is generously stocked with good quality fixtures which was great as we love to cook. The beds & bedrooms are comfortable. But the biggest draw: NATURE! You’re nestled in beautiful forest lands, literally within 3 mins walking to the national park. Kangaroos visiting every day. Incredible sunsets on the basin beach where swimming is possible. And then just a short drive to hyams or the pristine park. We loved our stay and the recommendations & service from The FAM were top. Definitely recommend!

Loved our stay at Jervis Bay. Such a beautiful property, with an absolute killer view! We were lucky enough to spot dolphins one morning on the beach at the front. The wraparound balcony, bbq and pizza oven were FAB! The garden was secure and our little dog loved exploring! We’ll be back again!

This is our second visit and I can’t speak highly enough about this place. We enjoy staying here and will definitely be back . The home is pristine and very clean , everything you need is there. Location, location. The lounge and deck face onto a swathe of green, bordered by bush, with the audible crash of the waves just beyond. Very peaceful, with a glint of the ocean visible through the trees as the sun rises, and an occasional swoop of colour as the King parrot flies by. All the furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. A good butcher and supermarket close by. Hosting agency highly responsive.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The location was a great base to relax and explore and we even spotted some kangaroos when having a BBQ - best nature get away! The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!
