The perfect base to enjoy Jervis Bay's white sandy beaches, National Park, Huskisson & Vincentia. Unwind & relax in this cosy retreat, perfect for couples or friends.

Good to know

Daybreak Studio is a lower floor studio of a larger property - whilst we used to host here when we lived above, now you will have exclusive use of the garden, private parking/entry and there will be no one in the property above whilst you visit. Some of our reviews do mention hearing people in the house above but this is of course now no longer relevant as now Daybreak Studio is all yours! Please ask us if you have any questions. This peaceful oasis is nestled on one of Vincentia's quietest streets, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, restaurants, even a wine bar and of course, beaches. Stroll from our door to join the coastal path that runs from Huskisson to Hyams Beach and the famous White Sands Walk. Meander down to the boat ramp to fish or swim, hire a paddle board or simply soak up the crystal clear water and white sands that Jervis Bay is all about. Outside, enjoy our stunning leafy garden frequented by many native birds with deck and outdoor shower. Inside, you'll find a renovated, fresh, comfortable and stylish space. With a queen bed, Smart TV including Chrome Cast, Wifi, ensuite bathroom, dining space and kitchenette. House rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept guests under the age of 21. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and rinse or brush off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. We're located on a quiet, sloping residential street with plenty of off street parking on our driveway and additional free street parking. There are 2 steps onto the deck to the property to enter. Exclusive use of the garden, entry and driveway. No one will stay at this property in the upstairs level when you are here
