Step inside Lemonade and you'll instantly smile. We've created a fun, colourful and relaxed escape at this charming, characterful, restored classic Huskisson seaside cottage. With pops of colour everywhere, beautiful artwork and stunning styling, the house sets the tone for fun, carefree holiday days in Jervis Bay. Inside the cottage is light and bright. You'll find an open plan living and dining space including a dedicated desk area, kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. Every room has been set up with comfort, style and convenience in mind. From the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine to the luxury mattresses and linen. Outside, enjoy a sunny back deck with lounge and dining spaces - complete with undercover areas and sun umbrellas - and fully fenced grassy back yard with mature plants. Small, non fleecing dogs are welcome but please check in with us first. Moona is a particular favourite with young children for its shallow waters, playground and grassy reserve - Easy walking access to the waterside track that runs from Huskisson to Hyams Beach - concreted to Vincentia making it perfect for bikes or prams - 5 minute drive to Vincentia for more white sandy beaches and larger shops. 10 minutes to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park - Tea, coffee, basic pantry supplies, natural cleaning products & luxury Two Good Co toiletries provided. Bathrooms are not new but are very well maintained - AC in main living space, ceiling fan in master, pedastal fans in other bedrooms. Additional plug in heaters - Wifi - Smart TV in lounge and further TV with free to air only in master - Internal laundry - note we have a washing machine and clothes rack but no clothes dryer - Dual occupancy block - second dwelling is entirely private and entry/external areas are separate
