With its elevated position and huge windows throughout, it is drenched with natural light and enjoys interrupted views across the treetops to Jervis Bay. Even early mornings with the kids will look beautiful from the large upper living space and rooftop terrace as you catch the beautiful pink hues of the dawn sky! With two living spaces set across two floors including one bedroom on the lower level with ensuite and kitchenette, this property works perfectly for families travelling together, with grandparents, friends or other relatives. Enjoy plenty of space to relax, multiple TVs and even a home office space. Outside the rooftop terrace boasts dining, lounge and BBQ facilities, as well as a TV. Or enjoy the large, leafy backyard, deck and outdoor shower. All just a short stroll to Jervis Bay's beaches, Vincentia boat ramp and local shops. House rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and rinse or brush off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. We're located on a quiet, sloping residential street with plenty of off street parking on our driveway and additional free street parking. Guests will need to climb stairs in this property - so access may be limited for some. Please let us know if you would like more details. We provide a stair gate for parents but require you to assemble this yourself and take full responsibility for its installation and the safety of your children.
