The kitchen is not our best bit, it's older and in some areas worn, but it is fully equipped & functional with oven, stove, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & all kitchenware - Fans & heaters in each bedroom as well as central log fire - Wifi - All household essentials such as cleaning / laundry supplies provided - Laundry (washing machine only) & additional toilet off the back deck - Travel cot & highchair - Pets are welcome but please note we have pet conditions to ensure no damage and that pet mess is always cleared up - see our house rules for more info. House rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. Pets are welcome (with a pet fee applicable) but must not be allowed on furniture or carpet. All pet mess must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Any dirt from your pet must also be cleaned. Any damage caused by pets will be reported to Airbnb and charged to guests as will additional cleaning incurred because of a pet. Pets must not be left unattended. Please note the yard is not fully fenced. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. You'll find many more local tips in our booklet inside the house, including our favourite coffee shops, breweries, bakeries, restaurants, markets, local walks, beaches, day trips and wildlife sightseeing.

Guest access

We have off street parking on a concreted drive and a carport. The driveway has a slope at the entry so please take care in low cars not to scrape on the concrete. There is also a carport with a low clearance of 1.85 meters - be careful and know you are responsible for your vehicle and damage to the property. There is further free street parking outside the property. There are a few steps to access the property - from the ground level to the decks at the front and at back of the house. There is a small studio in the garden of this property - it is not occupied and not for guest use.

Very quiet and peaceful, great back deck looking out to the trees and lots of birds. Not far to the beach and walkable to town - 2 minutes in the car. Comfortable and with everything we needed, very relaxing!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Nicely located within a 10min walk to the beach and centre of town. Everything was well presented and no issues during our stay. Great weekend all round.đź‘Ť
