This house is not suitable for young or party groups - 5 bedrooms including 1 king with large walk in and ensuite, 3 queens and 1 bunk room with 4 single beds. Upstairs you’ll find the master king room and 1 queen, whilst the further 2 queens and bunk room are situated downstairs - 2 bathrooms, 1 on each level. Note the upper bathroom is the ensuite to the master bedroom. Additional toilet in laundry - Two living areas both with TVs - one TV is just free to air and the other has an Apple TV connection to access apps. Downstairs lounge area by open plan kitchen / dining space. Upstairs a further large lounge area features home office space - Internal laundry with washer and dryer - Off street parking on our driveway - Note this is an older property but well maintained and with brand new furniture, décor and styling meaning you’ll feel comfortable yet relaxed - Pets are welcome - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Lorikeet is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. We prefer a max of 8 adults and 4 children. Guests with more than 8 adults must request this at time of booking. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Pets are welcome - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Pets must not go upstairs (on carpet) or on furniture. There is plenty of space downstairs for them and in our fenced yard. All pet mess must be cleaned up and any excessive dirt or damage will be charged. Pets must not be left home alone. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. Guest access

We have plenty of flat off street parking but it and the house are accessed by a very steep, short driveway. Make sure you leave your parking brake on and take care. Guests must climb stairs to access the property. Inside there are also stairs, we provide a stair gate for families to install themselves if they wish.

We absolutely loved everything about the house and the location. The house was clean, towels and linen were all provided. Kitchen was clean which is a must for us. The house was spacious and beach was right down the road. We were contacted by Mel every step of the way and they were very responsive to all our questions. Great place to stay! We would definitely be revisiting 😊

- 1 min drive or a short walk to Blenheim Beach - A few minutes walk to join the waterside walking/cycle track that runs to Huskisson and Hyams Beach taking in spectacular beaches including White Sands Walk - A short walk to Plantation Point Reserve, large grassy picnic area, public BBQs, outdoor gym, playground and rock platform. This is a nature lover's paradise, look out for dolphins, turtles, rays, seals and sometimes even whales (whale season is May - November) - Local Vincentia supermarkets, shops, cafes, takeaways and bottle shops a couple of minutes drive - Five minute drive or a 6km walk to Huskisson town centre - Less than ten minutes drive to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park
