This includes a large undercover alfresco dining, lounging and BBQ space, additional seating area, hot outdoor shower and fit pit. A huge amount of outdoor amenities for a 2 bedroom property! Inside the cottage has 2 beautiful queen bedrooms with luxury mattresses and linen, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, dining table and lounge space as well as a Euro style laundry with combination washer/dryer. Dune Cottage is located just a short stroll from the sand dunes of beautiful Collingwood Beach, Dune is perfectly located in the middle of the best the area has to offer. It's just 2km along an easy, flat concreted waterside path to the centre of buzzing Huskisson with its cafes, restaurants boutique shops, award winning breweries and wild life watching. Whilst you're in the heart of Vincentia's famous beaches and just a short 5 minute drive to Hyams Beach or a few minutes more to the Booderee National Park. House Rules

We have a very strict no shoes inside rule due to our brand new light coloured carpet and flooring. Please leave your shoes at the door as additional cleaning fees will be charged for any dirt or damage to our floorings. Dune Cottage is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any disturbance with loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance throughout the duration of the booking. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. If you are staying on a Thursday night, please take outside bins to the end of the drive for collection on Friday morning. Red landfill rubbish is taken weekly and yellow recycling is taken fortnightly, check the street to see whether our neighbours are putting recycling out during your stay. Please then return the bins to the side of the house once they have been collected on Friday morning. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages and breakages must be paid for. You are responsible for your own safety, that of fellow guests and children. Children must be supervised at all times. There are rough surfaces, rockeries, small ponds and large trees in the yard. Take care. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. Guest Access

Dune Cottage is located on a larger property - Dune. The main house will not be occupied during your stay and you are welcome to enjoy all the outdoor facilities. You can park on the driveway. If you'd like to come back with a group of friends or family you can book both the cottage and main house together to sleep up to 16 people.
