A short drive to famous local breweries. -Beautifully furnished, thoughtful and well designed holiday home. -A brand new and fully functional kitchen, that has all the essentials: stove, oven, dishwasher, large variety of utensils, coffee machine and kitchen basics. -Two large and beautifully styled living areas: one room for the adults and the other for the children. Both with fireplaces for those cosy nights in the cooler months. -A gorgeous undercover deck with scattered water and lighthouse glimpses. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or sundowners and a BBQ in the evening. -Fully fenced yard (pets welcome). Large grassed area for the kids. -Quality linen and bath towels are provided. All we ask you to bring is your own beach towels. -Wifi included and Apple TV. -Air conditioning in main living area’s. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms to keep you cool on a hot summers day. -After a swim, rinse off in our outdoor shower. -Neat and tidy main bathroom with shower and toilet. -Toiletries and household supplies provided. -Fully functioning laundry with second toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer.

House Rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. Pets are welcome (with a pet fee applicable) but must not be allowed on furniture or carpet. All pet mess must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Any dirt from your pet must also be cleaned. Any damage caused by pets will be reported to Airbnb and charged to guests as will additional cleaning incurred because of a pet. Pets must not be left unattended. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. You'll find many more local tips in our booklet inside the house, including our favourite coffee shops, breweries, bakeries, restaurants, markets, local walks, beaches, day trips and wildlife sightseeing.
