This cute three bedroom beach house, managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management in Jervis Bay, will capture your heart & have you feeling nostalgic for childhood holidays while you make more memories with your loved ones. Immaculately maintained Peachy celebrates the best of days gone by whilst all new furniture, luxury linen, three TVs and a fully equipped kitchen mean your stay will be comfortable & easy. With pops of colour and fun decor, Peachy is a relaxed, fun and happy place to enjoy the best of Jervis Bay. With Orion and Nelson Beach just a few hundred meters away, you're spoilt for choice on where to enjoy the white sands of Jervis Bay. You'll also find Plantation Point, a beautiful, grassy reserve with playground and public BBQs just a few minutes walk away whilst the famous White Sands walking track that runs from Hyams Beach to Huskisson along the water's edge can be joined just a few minutes from Peachy's front door. By car, it's a little under 10 minutes to Huskisson, Hyams Beach and The Booderee National Park. House Rules

Peachy is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. Smaller dogs max x 2 with prior host reviews are welcome (no cats) - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Pets must not go on furniture. All pet mess must be cleaned up and any excessive dirt or damage will be charged. Pets must not be left home alone. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. You'll find many more local tips in our booklet inside the property, including our favourite coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, breweries, markets, local walks, beaches, day trips and wildlife sightseeing.

Peachy is a single level home inside. To access the front door by the front porch there are a few small steps. There is just one step from the back verandah into the house.

Amazing place! Highly recommend! One reviewer commented on things which could be improved on including more power points and they have all been taken care of. Here are some highlights 1. Ample parking right in front 2. Free bottle of white wine (tastes good cold!) + chocolate + coffee card at a cafe 3. Very clean & they encourage no shoes indoors (which we did) 4. Hosts respond quickly & kindly. They have a whole website and physical information booklet in the home. 5. The pressure from the showers are SO strong like a massage. Feels amazing 6. Ample towels, toilet paper. No tissue boxes (recommend to bring your own). 7. We cooked a lot and they have an oven, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, cutlery etc. + a BBQ in the back. Some things to note (not negative) 1. Walls are thin so you can hear your room mates snoring, talking, laughing etc easily. Ran out of characters but tldr, we would come back to this place or airbnb with these hosts again anytime! Thank you

Highly recommend this to anyone. Check-in was quick in easy with no fussing around. Location was amazing with everything within a 5 minute drive, walking distance to the beach ,very close ! Overall, the property was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again if in vincentia !

Impressively clean, well set out accommodation. As comfortable as our own place. The inclusion of bedding was a definite benefit for us as we're a larger family. Easy walking distance to the beach & playground and just a quick 10 minute drive to Huskisson for restaurants/cafes. The communication of instructions/information from Mel & Alana is unbeatable. We had a short but enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at Peachy, an older home that has been done up and styled so beautifully to match the retro peach coloured kitchen. We felt really at home, had lots of space, it was super clean and they also accepted our golden retrievers, who loved the stay! One thing to note is that the garden isn't fenced (they do say this in the listing), but just be mindful when booking with a dog! Luckily ours don't really roam. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

- Very short walk to Orion or Nelson beach - Close to the famous White Sands Walk - join it to walk through the bush past hidden beaches to Hyams Beach - A short stroll to the concreted, flat waterside walking/cycle track that runs to Huskisson taking in spectacular beaches - A short walk to Plantation Point Reserve, large grassy picnic area, public BBQs, outdoor gym, playground and rock platform. This is a nature lover's paradise, look out for dolphins, turtles, rays, seals and sometimes even whales (whale season is May - November) - Local Vincentia supermarkets, shops, cafes, takeaways and bottle shops a couple of minutes drive - Five minute drive or a 5km walk to Huskisson town centre - Less than ten minutes drive to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park
