House rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby as well as another holiday accommodation property onsite and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens/bucks or other events or celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. We cater for a maximum of 4 guests plus infants. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. You are responsible for your own safety at all times at the property and whilst using any of the facilities provided. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. Guest access

Above by Sanddancers is the upper floor of a two unit, purpose built holiday accommodation complex. We have a large shared driveway and plentiful parking. Each unit has a separate entrance. All interior spaces are entirely private. You must climb stairs to access this property. The stairwell is open behind couches. Please look at images and check the suitability for young children.

Great for a weekend getaway. House was in immaculate condition. Mel and Alana provided clear simple instructions and were very helpful with any questions (and very prompt in their reply)- also gave great recommendations. Home was great size. Location was pretty good- 5min walk from beach for a coastal walk and short drive into town for shops/restaurants etc. Overall great stay.

- Short walk to Orion or Nelson beach - Close to the famous White Sands Walk - join it to walk through the bush past hidden beaches to Hyams Beach - A short stroll to the concreted, flat waterside walking/cycle track that runs to Huskisson taking in spectacular beaches - A short walk to Plantation Point Reserve, large grassy picnic area, public BBQs, outdoor gym, playground and rock platform. This is a nature lover's paradise, look out for dolphins, turtles, rays, seals and sometimes even whales (whale season is May - November) - Local Vincentia supermarkets, shops, cafes, takeaways and bottle shops a couple of minutes drive - Five minute drive or a 5km walk to Huskisson town centre - Less than ten minutes drive to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park
