House Rules

Beach St Retreat is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any no loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 18, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and shower off sand before entering. We have an outside shower. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. If you are staying on a Thursday night, please take outside bins to the end of the drive for collection on Friday morning. Red landfill rubbish is taken weekly and yellow recycling is taken fortnightly, check the street to see whether our neighbours are putting recycling out during your stay. Please then return the bins to the side of the house once they have been collected on Friday morning. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. Guest Access

Undercover, off street parking at the front of the property with further space on driveway for additional cars. The house is one level with access to the outside areas via small single steps at each side. Maximum carport height is 2.5m. Any damage to carport will be charged

We had an excellent time at the Beach Retreat - sparkling clean, comfortable and well appointed. We especially appreciated how well set up it was for our granddaughter. Everything you could need was there and it was a great bonus not to have to pack everything for baby! Would happily stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! With 3 small kids, the house was perfect, backyard kept them entertained and it was also only a short stroll to the beach. We went into town and tried the local lovely cafes and shops too. The house was beautifully presented and very clean. So handy having baby equipment too so we didn’t have to pack it. Great weekend - we will be back!

Really enjoyed the stay here. Hosts were super friendly and quick to respond, place was just as listed and close to shops and other amenities. Little touches like activities for kids , enough to keep ‘em occupied. Would happily stay again.
