Other Details to Note

Salt is on a main road, making it very convenient for access to the shops, cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the beach. We are in a quiet small, regional town but do expect that in holiday periods this road does get busier. As with most properties in this area, you may hear some traffic noise. PID-STRA-36344

House rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed to the property at anytime. Pets are welcome but a pet fee of $120 will be added to your booking. All pet mess must be cleared up or a fee will apply. Pets must not go on furniture. Any additional dirt or damage from pets will be charged. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and remove sand from feet before entering. We have an outdoor shower. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. You'll find many more local tips in our booklet inside the house, including our favourite coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, breweries, markets, local walks, beaches, day trips and wildlife sightseeing.

Guest access

Salt is all yours! We have a driveway with off street parking for 2 cars. Nearby there is further free street or public car park parking if you need it. The home is predominantly single level but does have steps to the garden and back separate rumpus room from the deck. Please ask us if you have any accessibility questions. We have a single security camera with floodlight at the front of the property. The camera views the driveway, gate and part of the front yard only. It is always 'on' for the security of the house, our guests and their property. Please do not move it, reposition it, tamper with it or switch it off. We thank you for your understanding.

The location was absolutely perfect, providing us with easy access to the stunning beaches and picturesque surroundings that Vincentia & Huskisson has to offer. The amenities provided were top-notch, and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Your thoughtful touches, such as the welcome basket and the cozy decor, did not go unnoticed and added a special touch to our experience. It's evident that you genuinely care about your guests' comfort and satisfaction, and it made our stay all the more memorable.
