From the moment you walk through the front door, you’ll be captivated by panoramic water views stretching all the way across the bay to the iconic Point Perpendicular cliffs. Seamlessly designed indoor and outdoor spaces maximise the view, allowing the ocean air and the feeling of being close to the water to relax you in seconds. Spread over two levels with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, a large dining area, a full luxury kitchen, a second kitchenette and dining space, as well as a pool table and garage, VUE offers ample space for large groups to enjoy both time together and apart. Upstairs, the main living space features a huge, comfortable lounge that will easily seat everyone for a movie night on the 75 inch TV, while the ambient fireplace sets the tone for cosy afternoons. The window bench seat overlooking the treetops and water promises the perfect spot to relax with a book. The large stone benchtop kitchen, complete with double oven, induction stove and luxury appliances, is equipped for you to cook up any meal as you come together to enjoy VUE. Downstairs, as well as a large second lounge with 55 inch TV, you can enjoy the pool table room (with third TV) or the second kitchenette with an additional French door fridge—perfect for stocking up for special occasions or setting up your own cocktail station. A good night’s sleep is guaranteed with two king rooms, including a large luxury main suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, plus two further queen rooms (all with built-in robes). Perhaps the most exciting room of all is the epic bunk room your kids will never forget, featuring eight bespoke built-in king single bunk beds. The little ones will be in sleepover heaven in a room guaranteed to become the backdrop of beach holiday memories they’ll remember forever. All 3.5 bathrooms offer absolute luxury with rain shower heads, including a double walk-in shower in the upstairs main bathroom and a large bathtub in the downstairs main bathroom. The choice of tiles, colours, textures and tapware brings VUE’s bathrooms to a magazine-worthy level of style, while fluffy white towels and natural toiletries add to the feeling of indulgence. Set on a large 1000 square metre block, VUE’s landscaped gardens provide the perfect backdrop to this spectacular home. Keep an eye out for dolphins or, in winter, whales visiting the bay during their annual migration. You may also spot sea eagles, echidnas, kangaroos, wallabies and sometimes even resident fur seals. At Blenheim Beach you can also join the famous White Sands Walk, which traces the shoreline to Hyams Beach, taking in beautiful secluded beaches and bushland. Alternatively, walk north all the way to Huskisson without leaving the water’s edge. The northern path is also easily accessible via a concreted walkway running from Vincentia to Huskisson—perfect for bikes, prams and scooters. House Rules

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We have permanent neighbours nearby and must ensure this rule is adhered to. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens/bucks or other events or celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. We tend to cater for a maximum of 8-12 adults with the bunks best suiting children. Groups with 8 or more adults must discuss any requests with us prior to booking or their booking may be cancelled. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and remove sand before entering. You are responsible for your own safety at all times at the property and whilst using any of the facilities provided. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. You'll find many more local tips in our booklet inside the property, including our favourite coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, breweries, markets, local walks, beaches, day trips and wildlife sightseeing.

Guest Access

VUE is all yours to enjoy! When you arrive you'll see you car park on the large driveway or there is plenty of free and easy street parking. We also have a garage for your use - you will need to go inside and open it via the button on the wall. The house is on two levels. You enter on the upstairs level where you will find the main living space, dining area, kitchen, balcony, main ensuite bedroom, three further queen bedrooms, bathroom (with showers) and powder room. This means if someone travelling with you finds a full flight of stairs difficult, they are still able to access full amenities on this level. Downstairs you will find the (epic!) bunk room, games room, further kitchenette and dining space, second lounge, laundry and full bathroom (with bath). - A few hundred meters to Blenheim beach, one of the most peaceful white sand beaches in Jervis Bay where the bush meets the bush - A few minutes walk to join the waterside walking/cycle track that runs to Huskisson and Hyams Beach taking in spectacular beaches and the famous White Sands Walk - A short walk to Plantation Point Reserve, large grassy picnic area, public BBQs, outdoor gym, playground and rock platform. This is a nature lover's paradise, look out for dolphins, turtles, rays, seals and sometimes even whales (whale season is May - November) - Local Vincentia supermarkets, shops, cafes, takeaways and bottle shops a couple of minutes drive - Five minute drive or a 6km waterside walk to Huskisson town centre - Less than ten minutes drive to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park
