Please take care of our property and note all damages or breakages must be paid for. We have large glass doors in the property with blinds and in the past have experienced damage to blinds in the wind when guests do not raise the blinds when the doors are open. Please always ensure blinds are fully raised before opening doors. We do not accept bookings for schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 18, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please don't wear shoes inside and where possible, shower off sand (we have an outside shower) before entering the house. Please take all rubbish to the outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Use of paddle boards is entirely at guests' own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and that of you possessions. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. Neighborhood

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature lover or foodie, there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. Whilst in the Booderee National Park (just a few minutes from Wrights Oasis) you’ll find yet more stunning, secluded beaches, kilometres of bush walks and spectacular flora and fauna. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. St Georges Basin, just meters from Wrights Oasis, is a stunning spot to fish, kayak or paddle, with spectacular sunsets over the Basin from Wrights Beach and direct access into the Booderee National Park from the water. You'll find many more local tips in our booklet inside the house, including our favourite coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, markets, local walks, beaches, day trips and wildlife sightseeing (including discounts with local providers).
