Escape to this peaceful Villa with leafy bush aspect just a couple of minutes to Jervis Bay's white sandy beaches, local shops & restaurants. The Bay Villa features 3 bedrooms, spacious living area, open plan kitchen & is fully equipped with everything to make travel easy, including kids amenities, toys & 2 TVs. Enjoy the sound of local birds from the hammock in the tranquil courtyard & golden skies as the sun sets over neighbouring bush.

Situated at the end of a peaceful cul de sac and nestled against the bush yet still just moments from everything Jervis Bay has to offer, The Bay Villa is tranquil, welcoming, fully equipped and immaculately presented. Designed for families to make holidays with kids enjoyable and easy and located in a great spot for bike rides, walks, visiting shops or cafes plus easy beach access. We have three bedrooms (1 x King, 1 x Queen and 1 with 4 x Single Bunks), sleeping 8 in total but prefer a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children. Please send a message to us before booking stays for more than 4 adults. We only accept family groups. We also have a porta cot for infants under the age of 2. House rules

The Bay Villa is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any disturbance with loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 18, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and shower off sand before entering. We have an outside shower in the back courtyard. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. If you are staying on a Thursday night, please take outside bins to the end of the drive for collection on Friday morning. Red landfill rubbish is taken weekly and yellow recycling is taken fortnightly, check the street to see whether our neighbours are putting recycling out during your stay. Please then return the bins to the side of the house once they have been collected on Friday morning. Please be mindful not to use the bins belonging to neighbouring villas, ours are marked with Number 3. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages and breakages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. Guest access

The Bay Villa is a situated at the back of a small, quiet complex of 6 villas. We have a shared private driveway and parking for one car onsite (in front of our garage). Additional, free street parking is available but only one car can be parked in the Villa complex so not to obstruct our neighbours. Please respect the shared spaces.

Mel and Alana were great at communicating everything. The house was perfect for us. Just a short walk from the beach and in a really quiet and peaceful area. I’d definitely stay here again.
