This stunning oasis, nestled in large mature gardens enjoys peace and serenity in the small village of Erowal Bay - just meters from the water's edge and a short drive to Hyams Beach. Enjoy glimpses of the water from our front verandah, relax in the private backyard, cook up a storm in the wood fire pizza oven, soak up the sun on our huge deck or light the fire pit (outside of bush fire season) and enjoy the incredible night sky. Inside, this fully renovated cottage is drenched in character and style. All the furnishings are new whilst the coastal decor and wood panelling reminds you you're on a serene seaside escape. With two good sized bedrooms, large comfy couch and open plan dining area, there's space to relax, whilst still enjoying a cosy feel. With a modern kitchen and bathroom, plus a further bathroom and laundry off the back deck, you're set with all the modern amenities you need. If you're looking to be near the beach, Hyams, the Booderee National Park, Vincentia and Huskisson's white sands are just a short drive away. Whilst here in Erowal Bay you're just far enough to enjoy a far more peaceful retreat and of course, the glimmering water of St Georges Basin is just at the end of our street. House rules

Pepe is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any disturbance with loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. We welcome pets but their mess must be picked up, they must not be allowed on beds or furniture, they must not be left home alone and any excess dirt or damage will be charged. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. If you are staying on a Thursday night, please take outside bins to the end of the drive for collection on Friday morning. Red landfill rubbish is taken weekly and yellow recycling is taken fortnightly, check the street to see whether our neighbours are putting recycling out during your stay. Please then return the bins to the side of the house once they have been collected on Friday morning. Please be mindful not to use the bins belonging to neighbouring townhouses in the complex. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages and breakages must be paid for. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

St Georges Basin, just a few minutes stroll away, is a stunning, expansive lake in the heart of the Shoalhaven, just minutes from beautiful Jervis Bay. Perfect for boating, fishing, swimming or just paddling with the kids in the shallows, the calm waters of the Basin make this an idyllic spot for your next holiday. Enjoy the abundance of parks and reserves - including direct access to the Booderee National Park - from the water or take your boat all the way to Sussex Inlet. Around the Basin, you'll find spectacular sunsets over the water and many secluded spots to enjoy the peace of this often undiscovered gem. Meanwhile, Jervis Bay's white sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters earned the area international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature lover or foodie, there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. Whilst in the Booderee National Park (just a few minutes from Jalan Jalan) you’ll find yet more stunning, secluded beaches, kilometres of bush walks and spectacular flora and fauna. Just a few minutes from Jalan Jalan, you'll also find the waters of the Basin where you can swim, fish, sail or paddle and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales.

Pepe is yours to enjoy! The property has off street parking on our driveway and plenty of additional free street parking for a second car or boat. The house itself is on one level but we have steps to the front and back decks.

• At the end of our road you'll find St Georges Basin Enjoy spectacular sunsets on the banks of the Basin, clamber along the rock edge, paddle in the shallow waters or kayak into the Booderee National Park. It’s a still, glistening paradise • Hyams Beach, once crowned with the title ‘the whitest sand in the world’, is less than ten minutes’ drive • The main entrance to the Booderee National Park is a little under ten minutes’ drive, here you can discover many more spectacular beaches and bushwalks • Vincentia shops (a large Woolies, Aldi, Coles, chemist, Doctors, bottle shops and takeaways) are less than ten minutes away • The small but bustling beach town of Huskisson is fifteen minutes drive. Here you’ll find heaps of exceptional cafes, restaurants, a pub, brewery, RSL and shops including many homewares stores, clothing and local boutiques
