House Rules

Casa Near is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush or rinse off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. Small, non fleecing dogs max x 2 with prior host reviews are welcome (no cats) - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Pets must not go on furniture. All pet mess must be cleaned up and any excessive dirt or damage will be charged. Pets must not be left home alone. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. Guest Access

Casa Nera is all yours to enjoy! We have a huge driveway with plenty of parking for multiple cars or boats. Further easy, free street parking is also available. The yard is fully fenced at 90cm height at its lowest point. The house is 2 storey. You need to climb stairs to access the house. Entry is via a full stair case. Whilst there is a bed room and bathroom downstairs the bathroom on this level is a shower over the bath tub making it harder for those with accessibility needs and the kitchen, dining and living spaces are upstairs. The downstairs bedroom is open from the stairwell.
