This cute three bedroom beach house, managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management in Jervis Bay, will capture your heart & have you feeling nostalgic for childhood holidays while you make more memories with your loved ones. Immaculately maintained Peachy celebrates the best of days gone by whilst all new furniture, luxury linen, three TVs and a fully equipped kitchen mean your stay will be comfortable & easy. With pops of colour and fun decor, Peachy is a relaxed, fun and happy place to enjoy the best of Jervis Bay. With Orion and Nelson Beach just a few hundred meters away, you're spoilt for choice on where to enjoy the white sands of Jervis Bay. You'll also find Plantation Point, a beautiful, grassy reserve with playground and public BBQs just a few minutes walk away whilst the famous White Sands walking track that runs from Hyams Beach to Huskisson along the water's edge can be joined just a few minutes from Peachy's front door. By car, it's a little under 10 minutes to Huskisson, Hyams Beach and The Booderee National Park. House Rules

Peachy is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 21, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all bookings. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. Smaller dogs max x 2 with prior host reviews are welcome (no cats) - on the condition that guests discuss their pet and its suitability with us in advance. Pets must not go on furniture. All pet mess must be cleaned up and any excessive dirt or damage will be charged. Pets must not be left home alone. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.

Jervis Bay White sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters have earned Jervis Bay international acclaim for being one of the most spectacular destinations in the world, all less than three hours from Sydney and just two and a half from Canberra. Whether you’re a beach bum, walker, cyclist, water sports enthusiast, nature explorer, foodie or beer & wine lover there’s something for you. There are dozens of beaches to choose from, many served by a water side walking/cycling track that runs for nearly ten kilometres from Huskisson to Hyams Beach. The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales. Get your coffee, food or beer fix at one of the many cafes, restaurants or local breweries. You'll find many more local tips in our booklet inside the property, including our favourite coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, breweries, markets, local walks, beaches, day trips and wildlife sightseeing.

Guest Access

Peachy is a single level home inside. To access the front door by the front porch there are a few small steps. There is just one step from the back verandah into the house. Please note there is a second dwelling at this property that may occasionally be occupied by friends of the owner. This is a fenced off studio at the back of the main yard.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. The property was perfect for a holiday with the grandchildren—comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. Its location was ideal, with beautiful parks nearby and the beach just a short stroll away. A brilliant spot for creating special family memories!

This is a nature lover's paradise, look out for dolphins, turtles, rays, seals and sometimes even whales (whale season is May - November) - Local Vincentia supermarkets, shops, cafes, takeaways and bottle shops a couple of minutes drive - Five minute drive or a 5km walk to Huskisson town centre - Less than ten minutes drive to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park
